53 years old and a businesswoman for many years. I had a company with 25 team members in insurance and risk management. I successfully sold this one in 2020. Because entrepreneurship is in my blood, I recently started another new business. I help SMEs with strategy and act as a sparring partner for the (female) entrepreneur.

My personal story
Since 1993 I have helped about 1000 SMEs with insurance and risk management. Those confidential conversations often lead to advice in the broad sense to companies. After all, it’s always about what you can improve in your business so that for the longer term you achieve the various goals you have set. Think for example: finance, revenue, hr, IT, new products/markets, growth in your business. Key as an entrepreneur is FOCUS and making choices.
Women entrepreneurs like me are still too few, which is why my goal is to encourage women entrepreneurs to become better entrepreneurs.
