My personal story
I grew up with a father who is a Private Banker. So being smart with power has been instilled in me. I also worked for 20 years in various positions at different banks. After four years of world travel, I had finally vowed never to work in a bank again…. And now I work as an independent financial advisor.
When I ask girlfriends what they have arranged financially, 99% of them remain grimly silent. Savings? Retirement? Wills? Guardianship for your children then? And how is it arranged with your partner? Even in my client conversations, I often have to ask the woman to sit in.
