Dat is simpel: we willen de allerbeste hulp kunnen bieden aan vrouwen die financieel onafhankelijk willen worden. Bij Elfin vind je jouw persoonlijke financiële gids: alle hulp, handvatten en support die je nodig hebt om financieel zelfredzaam te zijn. Ons vorige platform had te veel beperkingen waardoor de ervaring en de hulp die we konden bieden te gering was. Remember, 1 miljoen vrouwen financieel onafhankelijk , en daar doen we ALLES voor ;-)!

Ik ben Elfin member, heb ik nog toegang tot dezelfde content en kennis?

Ja! In het nieuwe Elfin platform vind je al jouw e-courses, workshops en tools in 1 omgeving. Ben je ingelogd als member maar zit er een slotje voor e-courses? Probeer eerst via de oranje knop ‘start e-course’ de content te unlocken. Lukt dit niet? Mail ons dan even op info@thisiselfin.com .

In het menu vind je het tabje ‘login’ en hier kun je inloggen. Ben jij member of was je actief in de oude community van Elfin? Dan zit er een e-mail in je inbox met instructies voor jou. Check je inbox goed. Ben je nieuw bij Elfin? Je kunt je registreren door deze vragen in te vullen . Daarmee maak je je profiel aan én ontvang je direct je persoonlijke stappenplan.

Waar vind ik de community?

We hebben onze eigen community gebouwd! Deze ziet er anders uit dan je van ons gewend was, en alle 15.000 berichten in de oude community zijn (nog) niet geïmporteerd. Mogen we jou uitnodigen onze nieuwe community weer zo rijk te maken als de vorige? Deel jouw geld tips & adviezen met andere vrouwen hier!

Ik ben member, maar als ik naar ‘to-do’s’ ga, staat er niks.

Dat kan. De persoonlijke to-do’s zijn een nieuwe feature op het Elfin platform! Heb je nog geen to-do’s in jouw profiel? Dan vind je, als je naar 'to-do's' navigeert een oranje knop. Druk daarop, vul de vragen in, en daarna verschijnen jouw to-do's.

Wat is het verschil tussen een persoonlijk plan aanmaken en member zijn?

Als je een gratis profiel aanmaakt, krijg je een to-do lijst passend bij jouw wensen en situatie. In de to-do lijst verwijzen we naar blogs, podcasts, tools, e-courses, workshops en masterclasses om jouw financiële kennis te vergroten. Maar let op! Niet alle content zal beschikbaar zijn als je geen member bent. Als je member bent, heb je toegang tot alle e-courses en workshops. Met het membership heb je dus meer toegang en kun je nog serieuzer aan de slag met jouw toekomst. Als member heb je ook toegang tot alle toekomstige workshops, masterclasses en bootcamps.

Hoe maak ik een profiel aan zodat ik kan inloggen en een to-do lijst krijg?

Dat is simpel, dat doe je door hier 7 vragen te beantwoorden . Daarna kun je direct aan de slag.

Oeps, ik ben mijn wachtwoord vergeten, en nu?

Dat kan gebeuren! Ga naar ‘inlog’ en kies dan ‘reset password’.

Ik kom af en toe iets tegen op het platform waarvan ik denk ‘hey, volgens mij klopt dit niet.’ En nu?

Dat kan. We hebben het nieuwe platform uitvoerig getest, maar het kan zijn dat er her en der iets aan onze aandacht is ontsnapt. Misschien zweeft er nog ergens een Engelse term, of werkt een linkje niet. Het zou ons enorm helpen als je ons dit laat weten via info@thisiselfin.com!

Heb jij een betaald membership bij Elfin, dan heb je een mail gekregen met daarin inlog instructies. Pak de mail en de instructies erbij, login en ga samen met ons aan de slag met jouw financiële kennis.

Communitylid

Ben je al een tijdje bij Elfin en maakte je bij het oude platform, de Huddle, gebruik van onze community? Dan kun jij inloggen op het nieuwe platform met het email adres waarmee je toegang had tot de oude community. Instructies zitten in jouw e-mail. Kun je deze niet vinden? Stuur ons een mailtje naar info@thisiselfin.com.

Why does Elfin have a new platform?

This is simple: we want to be able to offer the very best help to women who want to become financially independent. At Elfin you will find your personal financial guide: all the help, tools and support you need to be financially self-sufficient. Our previous platform had too many limitations that made the experience and help we could offer too little. Remember, 1 million women financially independent, and we do ALL that ;-)!

I am an Elfin member, do I still have access to the same content and knowledge?

Yes! In the new Elfin platform you will find all your e-courses, workshops and tools in 1 environment. Are you logged in as a member but there is a lock for e-courses? First, try using the orange ‘start e-course’ button to unlock the content. Is this not working out? If so, please email us at info@thisiselfin.com.

How can I log in?

In the menu you will find the tab ‘login’ and here you can log in. Are you a member or were you active in Elfin’s old community? Then an e-mail will be in your inbox with instructions for you. Check your inbox carefully. Are you new to Elfin? You can register by completing these questions. This will create your profile and you will immediately receive your personal step-by-step plan.

Where can I find the community?

We built our own community! This one looks different than you were used to from us, and all 15,000 posts in the old community have not been imported (yet). May we invite you to make our new community as rich again as the previous one? Share your money tips & advice with other women here!

I’m a member, but when I go to “to-do’s,” there’s nothing there.

You can. Personal to-do’s are a new feature on the Elfin platform! Don’t have any to-do’s in your profile yet? Then when you navigate to “to-do’s,” you’ll find an orange button. Press that, fill in the questions, and then your to-do’s will appear.

What is the difference between creating a personal plan and being a member?

When you create a free profile, you will be given a to-do list appropriate to your needs and situation. In the to-do list we refer to blogs, podcasts, tools, e-courses, workshops and master classes to enhance your financial knowledge. But beware! Not all content will be available if you are not a member. If you are a member, you have access to all e-courses and workshops. So with membership, you have more access and can get even more serious about your future. As a member, you also have access to all future workshops, master classes and bootcamps.

How do I create a profile so I can log in and get a to-do list?

That’s simple, you do that by answering 7 questions here. After that, you can get started right away.

Oops, I forgot my password, now what?

That can happen! Go to “login” and then choose “reset password.

Every now and then I come across something on the platform that I think ‘hey, I don’t think this is right.’ And now what?

You can. We have tested the new platform extensively, but it is possible that here and there something escaped our attention. Perhaps an English term is still floating around somewhere, or a link is not working. It would help us tremendously if you let us know at info@thisiselfin.com!
